ABSTRACT
The article offers tips for employee management. Signalling is not about dictating behaviour but about giving people the space to choose how to be and understanding the outcome either way. A set of agreements on how employers are going to foster a creative environment and let the group know when we are moving into new territory are outlined. It is also important to engage in games to relax minds of employees so that they are more receptive later on.
