ABSTRACT
The article reports that the total compensation for the highest-paid chief executive officers (CEOs) in Detroit, Michigan continues to increase. The median total compensation for the 50 highest-paid CEOs in the region increased by 8.5 percent to $2.3 million in the year 2007 from $2.1 million in 2006. Median base salary for the CEOs increased to $7,42,986 in 2007.
