ABSTRACT
The article reports on the effort undertaken by Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. to provide employees refuge from rising health care costs. It promoted the use of generic drugs alternatives and the participation in Blue Cross and Blue Shield North Carolina's Medication Dedication program, wherein copays are waived on all generics for congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, high chloresterol and Type 2 diabetes.
