ABSTRACT
The article reports that Clark County has proceeded with its plan to expand McCarran International Airport in Nevada, despite pleas from airline officials that there will not be enough passengers to justify the cost. The county Board of Commissioners awarded Peniri Building Co. a contract for a terminal building that is scheduled to open in 2012. It states that the terminal building will be paid for through passenger fees.
