ABSTRACT
The article reports on the closure of the Minxx Gentlemen's Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. It states that trustee Lenard Schwartzer has requested the club's bankruptcy case to be converted from a Chapter 11 reorganization to a Chapter 7 liquidation. According to the trustee, any buyer would have to offer at least $10 million to cover the mortgages on the club. It is inferred that the club gained widespread publicity because of the shootings that occurred during the NBA All-Star Weekend in 2007 involving football player Adam Jones.
