Local franchisee to build two airport hotels

Western Hotel Partners has invested $50 million for the construction of two Hampton Inn & Suites hotels near McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. Construction has started for the $8.83 million PDM Steel Service Center at Alto Avenue and Abels Lane in Las Vegas. The Sahara Jones Plaza received $3.2 million in refinancing aid from Ducks Lake LLC.
