ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the marketing strategies of precast concrete industries in response to the economic downturn in the U.S. It states on the precasters who maintain growth by keeping itself fresh in the marketplace and those who tend to focus on production and other operations, with not much emphasis on marketing. It also cites on the strategy of Hy-Grade Precast Concrete to focus more on marketing. The effective marketing strategy of Hy-Grade are also presented. INSET: Overall Strategies.
