ABSTRACT
The article reports that Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has given one year to cement maker Cemex USA to modify its Fairborn plant in Xenia, Ohio for tire-derived fuel test burn. Cemex said it was pleased with the Ohio EPA's reversal of an earlier decision turning down the company's request. However, the Green Environmental Coalition, an Ohio environmental group, is organizing Greene County residents to protest a potential TDF test burn.
