ABSTRACT
The article reports on the winning bid of Perini Building Co. for the construction of the third terminal building at McCarran International Airport in Nevada which is 15.1% below that of other bidders in 2008. Perini's bid totaled $1,196,200,000 for the construction of the 14 gate, steel framed, glass and metal third terminal of the airport. The 300 feet wide, 2,300 feet long structure is expected to open in 2011.
