Existing-home sales in Las Vegas Valley post best showing in 14 months

Experts reportedly said that inexpensive foreclosures are dominating the market of higher priced new homes. Median resale price in May was posted at $215,000 versus $269,900 for foreclosed and new properties, respectively.
