ABSTRACT
The article reports that unemployment rate in Nevada rose in May 2008 according to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. State officials said that this unemployment in May could be attributed to a housing slowdown, rising fuel prices and a seasonal increase in job seekers during the end of the school year. Data on unemployment rate by sector is also offered.
