The article presents information on some healthy food marketing program of food service operators in the U.S. Roger Beaulieu, director of culinary development for Culinart Inc., has planned an initiative as part of the company's Sustainable Solutions program. Christine Wallace, director of food service at Corning-Painted Post Area School District in New York, does a fall promotion with Harvest for New York Kids program, designed to educate students about local growers, producers and farms.
