ABSTRACT
This section offers news briefs related to food service in the U.S. Miami University of Ohio won two grand prizes in the 2008 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards sponsored by the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS). The U.S. Senate plans to turn over the management of its private dining room to an outside company. The Princeton Review, which does an annual rating of more than 600 colleges in a number of categories including food service, will add a "green" rating to the program in 2008.
