Concordia Opens Three New Retail Concepts

The article reports on the preparation by Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota to launch three new retail locations at the start of school year 2008, after seven years of planning and construction. The Maize, a quick service restaurant, the Korn Krib c-store and Coffee Stop will serve more than 3,000 students. All the retail operations are located within the new Knutson Campus Center, which is also where a new all-you-care-to-eat dining hall opened last year.
