ABSTRACT
Reports that Fox Sports Net, a minority owner of Home Team Sports (HTS), is planning to sue Viacom Inc. and Comcast Corp. over the proposed sale of the Bethesda, Maryland-based regional sports channel to Comcast. Intention of Fox Cable and its Fox Sports division to file a breach-of-contract lawsuit in Delaware seeking an injunction to block the sale of Viacom's majority stake in HTS to Comcast.
