ABSTRACT
The article focuses on brokers. It is noted that several brokers who work with benefits professionals are considered as a trusted partner and deliver service excellence as well. According to Chicago, Illinois-based LeaderLabs Inc. president and founder Robert Nielsen, human resources (HR)/benefits professionals and brokers should be able to connect on a personal level in order to give the broker a better understanding of how he or she can best assist the client. Also discussed are areas where brokers can strengthen their relation with benefits managers.
