ABSTRACT
The author discusses how she communicated benefits to employees at the firm that she was working in in 2000. She shares that she and her staff sent letters to employees and paychecks with notes on investing in themselves. She notes that they approached the employees at their safety meetings to talk about savings. She also mentions that benefits management is all about timing.
