ABSTRACT
The article reports that airbed producer and retailer Select Comfort Corp. tops the mattress industry in terms of sales in 2007 in the United States. In 2007, the retailer enjoyed beddings sales of $624 million, down 4.6% from the year earlier. It remains to be the only retailer to reach the $600 million mark. Sleep's and Mattress Firm occupies the second and third positions, respectively.
