ABSTRACT
The article reports that the decorative upholstery fabric line Westlake will now be produced by Westlake-Rugao in China. In the past, the line had been produced by various other Asian mills. David Li is the owner of the Westlake facility as well as the American Decorative Fabrics. The Westlake-Rugao product will be sold as a mill-direct line to the furniture industry.
