The article presents advice to financial planners on how to sensibly grow their businesses. Hosting educational seminars for potential customers at business centers can be much less expensive than using hotel meeting rooms. Solo planners who have outgrown their home offices might consider hiring part-time, drop-in office space. Permanent offices in business centers can be expanded in a cost-efficient manner. Before establishing office space in a given area, firms may wish to first consider hiring an answering service there.
