ABSTRACT
The article reports on the winners of the 5th annual legal writing competition of the Paralyzed Veterans of America, under the topic titled "Should Congress Maintain, Modify, or Completely Redesign the Department of Veterans Affairs Benefits Adjudication Process, and How would the Result Improve the Current System?". Rory Riley, an attorney in the Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington D.C. won the 1st prize followed by Attorney James D. Ridgway of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
