ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Plymouth, Minnesota-based AGA Medical to go public. A June 2008 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) indicates that the company may raise up to $200 million from its initial public offering (IPO). The SEC filing shows that the Amplatzer Septal Occluders lead family of products posted roughly 57.4% of the net sales of the company from January to March 2008.
