ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the delay of the groundbreaking of Building D, the fourth showroom building of World Market Center (WMC) in Las Vegas, Nevada, due to the current economic downturn. Bob Maricich, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of WMC, said that they will hold off the construction until they can see some positive economic improvement. However, Maricich stressed that the size and scope of the building have not changed.
