Eco-friendly Phifertex ready for market

The article reports on the partnership of outdoor specialist Phifer Wire Products Inc. and American Fibers & Yarns Co. in the development of Phifertex, an eco-friendly outdoor fabric collection for deep seating in Alabama. Phifertex is made from 100 percent Marquesa yarn, a by-product of post-industrial waste. Marquesa is resistant to bacteria, mildew and stain.
