Argentina has 8.9 million fixed lines in service and its major operators are Grupo Clarin, Telecom Argentina, and Telefónica de Argentina. Brazil has 7.4 million broadband substations and its major operators are Brasil Telecom (BrT) and Oi & Telesp. Venezuela has its 367,000 pay television substation and Antel Montecable are the country's major operators.
