The article offers tips on dealing with small petroleum engines that will not start. To start promptly, an engine needs a clean, dry plug firing a fat spark at the right instant. About five times the energy is needed to create that spark under compression than to make it in air, so not just any old spark will do. Safety Ignition voltage can kill or ignite fuel.
