The article discusses the advantages of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach in improving the effectiveness and flexibility of an organization to meet customer satisfaction. The approach develops a culture where employees can directly participate in areas and decisions concerning their work and help build a positive attitude among employees towards quality, organization and respect for each other.
