ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the behavioral study conducted by Yale University that the people who put emphasis either in money or reputations are far to achieve a goal in Connecticut. Researchers conduct testing on "commitment contract" to prove the findings. The school develops the Web site, www.stick.com with the aims to help people develop a more effective approach in achieving goals. The Web site also allows create custom contracts including personal savings.
