Enviroscore will change commercial lenders' decision-making process when it comes to measuring the environmental risk of a suggested transaction. It shortens the number would borrowers have to spend on the compulsory Phase 1 environmental assessment of a property. Assessments on commercial loans are a risk management demand since the lender is viewing down the road.
