UL Warns of Counterfeit Sprinklers

The article reports on the warning of Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) on counterfeit fire sprinklers in the U.S. It cites that the caution of UL is about the fire sprinklers that contains fake UL mark for the U.S. and Canada. Even with "Globe" mark these sprinklers are not manufactured by Globe Fire Sprinkler Corp. and not evaluated by UL for safety. The information replaces the public notice of UL on July 14, 2006.
