ABSTRACT
The article reports on Amacore Group Inc.'s deployment of UCN inContact as a replacement for its Nortel Networks Corp. contact center technology in Tampa, Florida. Amacore chose the inContact platform to consolidate different call center functions into a single system. The software from UCN Inc. offers an open architecture with customizable reporting and support for home-based workers. UCN is an innovator of software as a service (SaaS) applications.
