ABSTRACT
The article features CB Richard Ellis Senior Vice President Donna Alderson, who is considered as one of the most high-powered industrial real estate brokers in Southern Nevada. Alderson held a variety of odd jobs after graduating from Valley High School and she also became a single mother at a young age. Alderson recalls that she interviewed for a job with former Coldwell Banker in 1986 at a time when there were few women in commercial real estate. Some of her clients include Howard Hughes Corp., ProLogis and EJM Development Co.
