ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the increase in sales of resale homes in Las Vegas, Nevada in May 2008 based on data from the local research firms SalesTraq and Home Builders Research. More than 2,600 sales of existing homes in Southern Nevada were made, according to the data. SalesTraq predicted that resales in 2008 will exceed levels from 2007. Foreclosure sales comprised half of the resales.
