ABSTRACT
The article presents an update on the real estate business in Las Vegas, Nevada as of June 2008. Apartment rents in the southern part of the state remained fixed at about $888 per month during the first half of the year. The $11.7 million, 202,000-square-foot Craig Corporate Park in North Las Vegas was completed by JP DiNapoli Cos. A five-year, $2.9 million lease for 76,000 square feet of industrial space was signed by Wynn Design and Development.
