ABSTRACT
The article offers basic tips for business leaders in conducting strategic planning. It suggests that leaders and executives should state their goals and objectives in a simple and sustained manner so that they can manage them well. It discourages leaders from skipping steps in the strategic planning process. Lastly, it says that the quality of the results should be measured to keep the organization updated with information concerning new products and services.
