ABSTRACT
The article reports on the reorganization made by Furniture Brands International Inc. (FBI) to one of its brand, Henredon Furniture Industries Inc. in the U.S. FBI eliminated three executives including Tom Tilley, president of high-end case goods and upholstery resource, Dave Parker, vice president of international sales and Russell Towner, senior vice president of sales. Furthermore, the move is part of FBI's decision not to renew contract with Ralph Lauren Corp. furniture line.
