ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the business growth of Collective Licensing International LLC in the U.S. The youth licensing firm has been moving ahead with a number of initiatives to spur growth since its acquisition by Payless ShoeSource Inc. The partnership gives Collective a lot of strengths that it would not have on its own. The growth starts to surge when the company begins the core skate consumer. In the company's youth lifestyle market, it is noted that right advertising market is neccessary.
