Reports on a survey by the American Automobile Association showing that automobile repair customers and repair shop managers in the United States often differ over what is important. Need for better communication to bring both sides closer; Revelation that consumers are less satisfied with repair ships than shop managers think they are; Most common complaint about the amount of time taken to service vehicles.
