Scheme revamp boosts uptake of pensions

The article reports on a revamp of pension arrangements at publisher Wolters Kluwer, resulting in employees doubling their pension contributions. Fifteen percent more employees have participated in the company's employee engagement programme after its implementation. According to reward manager Anneke Heaton, face-to-face meetings are held everyday with small groups of employees, allowing those delivering the sessions to engage with individuals and answer their questions.
