The article reports that Clarke Inc. acquired stakes in home furnishing company Amisco Industries and discount retailer Liquidation World Inc. It has also bid to acquire stakes in wall art resource Art in Motion. The biddings have been lead by activist investor George Armoyan. It has acquired 2,000 shares in Amisco and 65,200 shares in Liquidation World. It also holds stakes in furniture manufacturing company Shermag and in TerraVest Income Fund.
