ABSTRACT
The article reports on a study, conducted by Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, related to consumer attitude towards home furnishings in the U.S. The study found that several retail options to chose from has paralyzed the customer with their attitude towards home furnishing's purchase. The report stated that Generation Y is the group which is least satisfied with their furniture.
