The article reports on issues arising from suggested smoking ban regulations in Nevada. The ban will be delayed until the constitutionality of the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act is decided. If approved by the Nevada Board of Health, the smoking rules are aimed at redefining what constitutes a tobacco shop, imposing penalties on take-out restaurants for delivering food inside smoking bars, and threatening violators of the ban with permit revocation. During a meeting held on May 8, 2008, concerns over the legal aspects of the smoking ban were discussed.
