ABSTRACT
The article provides updates related to the publication and staffs of "High Country News" in the U.S. According to the author, the periodical and its team is taking an annual summertime publication break to work on other issues as well as to catch up with the other office projects wherein its next issue will be released on July 21, 2008. In addition, the author notes that the publication has welcomed three new interns which includes Andrea Appleton, Rob Inglis and Emily Steinmetz. Information on the work qualifications and experiences of the new interns are also provided.
