ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the plan of the city of Oslo in Norway to move several museums and its main library to a central waterside location near the harbor and close to the new $500 million National Opera house. There had been plans to hold a series of architectural competitions for the new buildings in 2009, with completion scheduled for 2014. A statement was issued by Munch Museum spokesman Jorun Christoffersen on the planned buildings.
