Art Newspaper;Jul/Aug2008, Vol. 17 Issue 193, p6
The article announces that a collection of 53 pictures by Burne-Jones and his contemporaries will go on show at Fulham Palace. Amateur artist Cecil French bequeathed the works to London, England's Fulham council in 1953. The Fulham collection is comprised of late 19th- and early 20th-century British works, which include many watercolors and drawings. The Cecil French bequest ended speculations that it might be sold.
