ABSTRACT
The article reports on the future plans of Flexsys America LP after the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has rescinded a two-year-old order banning the sale of some rubber antidegradants in the U.S. Flexsys petitioned the ITC in 2005, claiming that Sinorgchem Co. was using its patented methods without permission to make the antidegradant 6PPD and its feedstock 4-ADPA. Tim Wessel, vice president at Flexsy, said his company would continue to fight for its intellectual property rights.
