ABSTRACT
The article reports on the merger of the two companies in the music industry. Gibson Guitar chairman Henry Juszkiewicz and TC Group LLC chief executive officer Anders Fauerskov reveal to the public that their companies will merge at the press conference of Winter NAMM news. Juszkiewicz stated that the merger will revolutionize the industry for many years to come and will grant them enormous advantage in the development of audio technologies.
