ABSTRACT
This article talks to Dean Wright, director of Dining Services at Brigham Young University, and Natalie Mitts, student editor of "MIX Magazine, about how the online magazine allows them to reach out to students. According to Mitts, they wanted a resource where students could get recipes and other tips about making food on their own. Wright says this venue permitted or created an avenue to discuss other issues than just what is on the lunch menu. Mitts reveals that there are plans to have a new section featuring green living and sustainability issues.
