ABSTRACT
The article looks at the political stability in Gaza Strip with the Israeli-Hamas peace deal. Under the negotiation, Israel will end its attacks on the town of Sderot and other civilian targets, while Hamas will facilitate the economic sanctions in Gaza as well as opening the Rafah crossing with Israel. In addition, the negotiation of a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has led to the removal of Mahmoud Abbas from his position as president of the Palestinian Authority (PA).
