ABSTRACT
The article presents pieces of advice from business coach Karen Durkin on making a midyear checkup on a business's health. She says that a business owner must check if there is prosperity in the business and assess its progress. It is also good to ask employees regarding what the customers say about the business in order to find new ways to maintain their loyalty and to sell more products. She also notes the importance of thanking the employees and keeping them informed about the business's status for them to contribute more effectively.
